Exchange and Return Policy
Recovery
Our policy lasts for 15 days from the date you receive your order. If 15 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging .
There are several types of non-returnable products:

Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines.

Personal or healthcare products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.

To complete the return process, we need a receipt or proof of purchase .
Do not send your purchases directly to the manufacturer.
There are some instances where only partial refunds (if any) are granted:

Books that show clear signs of use

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened

Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not caused by our error

Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the product you sent for return, we will send you an email to inform you that the product has been received and we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be added to your original credit card or payment method within a specified period of days.
Late or lost refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially released.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes processing time before the refund appears.

Products on discount (if any)
Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.
Replacements (if any)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product for the same type, please email stickgymbag@outlook.com . Send the product to:

If the product was marked as a gift upon purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned product. After we receive the product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the product was not labeled as a gift when purchased, or if the donor returns the order to you later, the refund will be sent to the person who made the purchase and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping costs for returning the product are at your expense . Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on your location, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you're sending an item valued at more than $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that the item you send back will be received.
